Restaurant Managers
We’re looking for experienced managers to join our retail team. Candidates with a track record of success in a high quality, high volume concept will receive priority.
Responsibilities
– Drive store sales growth and profitability
– Supervise, train, and motivate the retail team
– Assist director of culinary operations to manage line cooks and savory production.
– Manage schedules and vacation requests
– Act as marketing liaison
– Inventory management and product costing
– Conduct employee performance evaluations and recommend changes where necessary
– Ensure all company policies and regulations are followed including all cleaning and maintenance requirements
– Keeping labor costs and COGS in line with company goals
Requirements
– Must have 2-5 years management experience
– Restaurant experience absolutely required
– Must be a people person
– Be able to stay calm in the most stressful situations
