Honey Wheat
Nutritious and delicious. A not-too-dense, slightly sweet whole-wheat loaf, perfect for a variety of sweet or savory sandwiches. Ours is softened with honey and makes the perfect whole-grain alternative to traditional white breads.

Artisan Ciabatta
This bread is heavily influenced by the traditional loaves of northern Italy. Soft and chewy, our ciabatta is full of big air pockets, making it perfect for sopping up olive oil or homemade tomato sauce.

Brioche
The richest of all yeasted breads, the HBC version contains almost as much butter as flour and a healthy portion of fresh eggs, durum flour, and our sourdough starter for extended shelf life.

Peasant Sourdough
